Canon has officially unveiled the new
EOS 60D that’s capable of recording Full HD 1080p video (following the feats of the 550D and the 7D).
The Canon EOS 60D is the successor to the
Canon 50D (announced in August 2008, which is exactly two years ago).

The 3-inch LCD display can swivel horizontally and vertically to give
better usability/perspective when shooting, especially in video mode.
Estimated retail price of the
Canon 60D is
$1,099 when it comes out this September.
