other day and also introduced several new laptops including this
11.6-inch dual-core Neo Basic B3510.

This 12-inch netbook retails for only Php19,995
which makes it the best bang for the buck in its category (it’s actually
the first 12-incher to be sold at under 20k and the first dual-core at
under 20k as well so I think it’s a sweet deal). The Atom D510 is an old
dual-core processor which was really meant for nettops. The newer
dual-core Atom is the N550 which has a TDP of just 8.5 watts compared to
the 13 watts on the D510.
