LG also held an online webcast this afternoon to introduce two new Android Froyo 2.2. smartphones — the
LG Optimus One and the
LG Optimus Chic.
The two aren’t really flagship phones but more like entry-level to mid-level Android smartphones.

And since these handsets come pre-installed with
Android Froyo 2.2, you’re able to store apps straight into the microSD card so that small amount of internal memory on the unit isn’t a big issue.
The Optimus One and Optimus Chic might not be available locally until December or later and though LG has not indicated the suggested retail price for these smarphones, it could be in the same price range as the first
LG Optimus GT540 (which is under ~Php13k).
