Lenovo Philippines introduced their newest ultraportable notebook last night during their annual media Christmas Party, the
IdeaPad U260 — the first notebook to have a 12.5″ display screen.
First announced back in November 8, the IdeaPad U260 is part of Lenovo’s thin and light category running a low-power Intel Core i3 UM processor.

At just 0.71″ thin and 3.04lbs, it certainly is among the sleekest ultraportable notebook we’ve seen this year and should rival the 11.6″ TimelineX of Acer. Lenovo promises up to 4 hours battery life on the 4-cell Li-Po battery.

Php51,990 (Core i5), depending on some of the specs. Available in Mocha Brown and Clementine Orange, units will be released by January 2011.
